Delivery Options & Pricing

Royal Mail

• Tracked 48 (2–3 working days): £3.99

Delivery aim: 2–3 working days, including Saturdays.

• Tracked 24 (Next working day): £4.99

Delivery aim: Next working day, including Saturdays.

Evri

 • Two Day Delivery: £3.99

Delivery timeframe: 2–4 days, including Saturdays.

• Next Day Delivery: £4.99

Delivery aim: Next working day, excluding Sundays and bank holidays.

Dispatch Times

•  Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Schedule

• Royal Mail delivers parcels Monday to Saturday.

• Evri delivers parcels Monday to Saturday; deliveries on Sundays are not standard.

 Missed Deliveries & Tracking

• All services include full tracking and delivery notifications via SMS or email.

• If you’re not available at the time of delivery:

• Royal Mail may leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, or you can arrange redelivery.

• Evri offers options to divert your parcel to a neighbour, safe place, ParcelShop, or Locker up to 15 minutes before delivery.
